Dakota Energy Cooperative is proud to be involved with the local 4-H programs in Beadle, Hand and Hyde counties. Dakota Energy does a electricity project with the kids every year that many use at the county level and possibly at the state fair level if their project is done well enough to qualify. Dakota Energy also participates in the S.O.F.Y. program by using electric safety programs to teach the kids about electricity and the dangers that can be associated with electricity if not treated properly.|
